Spanning 16 hectares across some of the most prestigious Crus in the Rhône Valley, the family is renowned for crafting low-yield, handcrafted wines that showcase power, balance, and pure mineral elegance.

Méthode Traditionnelle Expertise

Using secondary fermentation in the bottle followed by careful aging on laths (sur lattes), the Rouvière family creates vibrant sparkling wines with fine, persistent bubbles and exceptional aromatic intensity. Their effervescent cuvées embody the generous, festive spirit of the estate:

• Fleur de Rouvière (Brut): A delicate white sparkling cuvée crafted from Marsanne, Chasselas, and Gamay. Bright and golden, it offers subtle aromas of white flowers, fresh pear, and sweet almond, balanced by a lively attack and elegant mousse.
• Rosé de Rouvière (Brut): A charming, festive rosé effervescent made from 100% Syrah. Vibrant ruby-pink with fine bead, it delivers expressively crunchy red fruit notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant with a smooth, rounded finish.
