Tasting notes

  • Appearance: golden-yellow with bright green tints.
  • Nose: complex and discreet, fresh, with mineral, smoky and lemony notes. With age it develops peaches, apples, ripe pears, roses and gunflint.
  • Palate: fresh on entry, with a balance of roundness and acidity and lemony, mineral overtones. With age it gains roundness and elegance, ripe yellow fruit, flowers and citrus, and a lovely length.

Winemaking

Gentle pneumatic pressing and cold settling, then fermentation at 17-20°C depending on the grape variety. Aged 6 months on the fine lees in concrete and stainless steel vats.
