Tasting Notes: Pale yellow, slightly golden in color. On the nose aromas of white flowers.  Mouthfeel of Bold, pure and with white floral and citrus aromas, finishing on a mineral note. 

Enjoy with: Charcuterie or goats cheese, shellfish, fish dishes and white meat, best served between 10°C to 12°C
